A huge thank you to our friends at The Hardwick, Abergavenny. They not only agreed to be the first venue to offer Cut Classics to their customers but they’ve also developed a new Light Cocktail menu showcasing Cut Classics and invited us back to take photos!
Stephen and Jo Terry’s iconic restaurant with rooms has been a leading light on the Welsh food scene for well over a decade, and is an ever-present on lists of must-visit dining destinations in the Principality. Steve has appeared numerous times on programmes such as the Great British Menu, has cooked for heads of state including Barrack Obama at a NATO conference, and has garnered many awards despite resolutely never chasing them. We are incredibly flattered that Stephen, Jo and their talented bar manager, Alex, have decided that Cut Classics are worthy of a place in their line-up.
