Well, some of that is a trade secret. But what we can tell you is that we stick to traditional distillation methods, whilst increasing the quality, quantity and concentration of the botanicals that are used to infuse our spirit. We never add any kind of additional flavouring (no artificial flavouring, no so-called 'natural flavouring' made by a flavour company), preferring for the botanicals to speak for themselves.

But we have always referred to our drinks as "light spirits", because it's a phrase that talks to all aspects of the drinks rather than only the alcohol content. They are light in the sense of being lower alcohol and lower calorie. They are light and elegant in terms of style. It is about more than just ABV.
