Well, frankly, it’s a word we made up (and trademarked) having been unable to find a descriptor that encompassed what we are doing here at Cut Classics.
As Gastronomy is to food, so Boissonomy is to drink: ‘the practice or art of choosing, mixing, and imbibing good drinks’. It felt so logical once we said it, rolling off the tongue in the way that made up words with a bit of French in them generally do!
So, watch this space for news on innovative and classic cocktail recipes, food pairing ideas and general ramblings on all things Boissonomy related.
