- 25ml Cranberry & Clementine cordial (or cranberry syrup with a squeeze of fresh clementine)
- Chilled Crémant or Cava to top
- Frozen cranberries (your garnish — they act like little edible ice cubes)
- Optional: a tiny sprig of rosemary for a snowy, Christmassy finish
Method
- Add your frozen cranberries to a champagne flute.
- Pour in 40ml Cut Classics Gin.
- Add 25ml cranberry & clementine cordial.
- Gently top with ice-cold Crémant or Cava.
- Finish with a teeny rosemary sprig or simply let the cranberries dance.
