    Ingredients

    • 40ml Cut Classics Gin (20% ABV)
    • 25ml Cranberry & Clementine cordial (or cranberry syrup with a squeeze of fresh clementine)
    • Chilled Crémant or Cava to top
    • Frozen cranberries (your garnish — they act like little edible ice cubes)
    • Optional: a tiny sprig of rosemary for a snowy, Christmassy finish

    Method

    1. Add your frozen cranberries to a champagne flute.
    2. Pour in 40ml Cut Classics Gin.
    3. Add 25ml cranberry & clementine cordial.
    4. Gently top with ice-cold Crémant or Cava.
    5. Finish with a teeny rosemary sprig or simply let the cranberries dance.
